Jackie Koster

Director of Client Relations with 10+ years of experience in customer service, business development and people management. I come with years of experience with an HR related background, business acumen and relationship building. From my experience in retail, I work at a fast pace and understand how to learn the needs of the client. Starting my staffing career as an on-site manager, I had to learn very quickly how to manage my client’s business, adapt to their daily needs and also educate them on the world of staffing. In my career, I have managed two large branches, three on-site programs, sales teams, and recruitment processes. All while still maintaining relationships with multiple clients and candidates across the Kern County area.
