Over the past decade, she has built KSC into one of the Central Valley's trusted workforce partners by helping businesses strengthen their teams through staffing, recruiting, onsite workforce solutions, and long-term people strategies. Her approach extends far beyond filling positions. She focuses on helping organizations create stability, improve performance, and build teams that support sustainable growth.
As a business owner, leadership coach, and strategic advisor, Jackie works with organizations across multiple areas of business growth, including workforce strategy, leadership development, operational improvement, and executive support.
